The world’s best data gathering is back in person and virtually for a global experience connecting the DataFam worldwide! Our first hybrid event, May 17–19, 2022, has something for everyone, no matter where you call home or however you choose to attend. In-person event:

Is space limited? Is there a waitlist?

Tickets for the in-person event in Vegas will be available for purchase until sold out. Space is limited so we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot for the in-person experience.

The virtual TC experience is not limited; it’s fully accessible and free for everyone!

What is the cost to attend Tableau Conference?

Tableau Conference 2022 is open to everyone, everywhere. Registration is free for virtual attendees. Tickets for the in-person conference are $1900.

Your in-person registration will give you access to discounted room rates and resort fees. Hotel bookings can be made through our exclusive hotel website, available through the Tableau Conference registration process. We encourage you to take advantage of these rates!

How and when can I schedule a Tableau Doctor appointment?

All TC attendees have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one appointments with a Tableau expert to solve technical challenges, review deployments, and more. You’ll be notified by email prior to the event once appointment scheduling opens. Attendees are limited to three appointments during the event, with the option to reserve appointments in English, Japanese, and/or other languages. All Tableau Doctor appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis until all time slots have been booked.

Will recordings be available after the event?

Yes! Your registration includes on-demand access to most content from Tableau Conference, available shortly after the broadcast. When the conference is over, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing the available recordings.

In-person event

What can I expect for the in-person event?

Tableau Conference will feature two and a half days of keynotes, breakouts, hands-on-training, and much, much more. Fan favorites like Data Night Out are back in action, plus other fun opportunities to connect and network with fellow data lovers. It all happens at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.

What is the cancellation policy for in-person conference registration?

To cancel your registration, please visit the registration portal or contact For a full refund of the event registration fee, minus any applicable processing fees, we must receive notification by 11:59pm PT on May 6, 2022.

Cancellations received after that date will not be refunded. Don’t forget to cancel any hotel reservations, too!

Can I substitute my in-person registration to another person?

Yes, please log in to the registration portal to transfer your registration to another person. They will receive an email to confirm the substitution and complete their registration. Be sure to cancel or change any hotel reservations you may have already booked.

What are the COVID-19 entry requirements for Tableau Conference 2022?

We’re excited to bring our community back together with safety as our top priority. Salesforce is continuing to monitor the local COVID-19 guidelines for Las Vegas, NV. As of now, there are no vaccination or testing requirements to attend the in-person event. This is always subject to change, which may include showing proof of vaccination, showing proof of a negative COVID-19 test result, and/or wearing a mask while onsite. Salesforce reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event for failure to adhere to its health and safety protocols.

How do I log in to the virtual event?

You will receive an email in early May with information on how to access and navigate our virtual event platform, view session details, and schedule Tableau Doctor appointments. You will use the same Tableau ID you used at registration to log in to the virtual event broadcast.

How can I make the most out of the virtual event?

As the event draws near, we’ll send you emails with helpful pro tips, like what to do during the event, how to navigate the event platform, and how to start planning your event schedule, including conference sessions and Tableau Doctor appointments.

To make the most of the event, we’ve found it helpful to block time on your calendar now, and give team members a heads up that you will be attending Tableau Conference. And of course, you can invite them to join you for destination data!
